SWDEV-170771 - [OCL][ PAL issue][Veg10]:Ocltst test fail from OCL Sanity observed by debug driver CL#1621748
	- Make a workaround for assert in PAL. It's unclear if we need the tokens in the trace, so for now use PAL defined mask for all.

SWDEV-164783 - [ROCm QA][G][QR] Wimpyfull ->Buffer->sub_buffers_read_write_dual_devices test is failing
	- Problem looks to be due to a change made in rocmemory.cpp in allocMapTarget() function.
	- The issue was that Vlad modified the host memory that was being returned by using 'mapMemory_' vs 'owner()' as a pointer to use 'getHostMem()'.
	- Added the old logic back in while also maintaining Vlads logic, and the test is now passing.

SWDEV-167970 - Ethereum mining (EthDcrMiner64.exe) App crashed while running Claymore Mining over VI,AI ,CI ASIC families
	- Fix a regression after CL#1608975. Use amdil complib instance to query the binary options. The logic in the abstraction layer attempts to validate the binary options and for some reason Ethereum binary isn't compatible with the HSAIL complib instance. It's a workaround for now, since the app doesn't allow debugger and printf debugging is quite time consuming.

SWDEV-164509 - [Dassault][Catia] Adding 8-bits internal format support for sL8 format in OpenGL

	For glTextureView support, GL_LUMINANCE8 internal format needs to return 8_BITS view compatibility class.

	Add 3 new surface formats, CM_SURF_FMT_L8_SRGB, CM_SURF_FMT_R8_SRGB and CM_SURF_FMT_RG8_SRGB. For the moment, only L8_SRGB is supported by GLL.
	Keep L8_X24_SRGB format because of side effects, especially outside the GL driver (CAL)
