packages. This patch seprates the same.

SWDEV-532030 : Static builds are failing
for mainline and release because COMP_TYPE
is empty in case of static builds.
This patch fixes the same.

* Setting ROCPROF=rocprofiler-sdk environment variable will use rocprofiler-sdk C++ library instead of rocprofv3 python script
* Add runtime option --rocprofiler-sdk-library-path to use custom version of rocprofiler sdk library
* Add --rocprofiler-sdk-library-path conftest option for tests
* Setup appropriate environment variables to inject rocprofiler sdk code to user command
* Add env. vars. for counter collection and filtering
* Add env. vars. for pc sampling
* Use python bindings to list counters supported by rocprofiler sdk
When copying for inter devices, Currently only XGMI as exposed. Now
SDMA0/1 will be exposed as well for inter device copies especially that
they are one of the recommended engines.

- Bringing in recent changes from rocm-6.4 branch (https://github.com/ROCm/rocprofiler-systems/pull/171)
- Add libdrm-devel to rhel and suse files
- Update ROCm installation method in Ubuntu file
- Add additional output to `test-release.sh` to catch failures due to a Python version not included
- Add Python 3.13 to Dockers
- Path to merge script not found unless user explicitly sources "share/rocprofiler-systems/setup-env.sh" to setup PATHs.
- Instead, let's derive the path when the application loads and use it when executing the helper script
- Rename script to rocprof-sys-merge-output.sh.
- Change install folder to <prefix>/libexec/rocprofiler-systems based on dev-ops feedback.
- Updated PATH variable in the modulefile and source scrtipt.
