Kent Russell 11cc6f4f79 kfdtest.exclude: Add KFDEvictTest.Queuetest back to gfx1030's blacklist ...

The shader is incompatible with gfx1030, so blacklist it there until we get
to some more ASIC-agnostic shader generation
