Galantsev, Dmitrii 73ec4e32e6 PACKAGE - Cleanup packaging ...

- Clean-up packaging scripts. More consistent with RDC.
- Remove all 'sudo' calls. all these scripts are to be ran by root.
- Reduce scope of variables.
- Remove unnecessary functions
