Chris Freehill 7cf47fb5c9 Add to/correct handling of RDC_EVNT_XGMI_*_THRPUT events ...

RDC_EVNT_XGMI_[2-5]_THRPUT were missing from RDC. Additionally,
these were handled as "pseudo" events, but this is not
necessary.
