SWDEV-103782 - [ROCm CQE][OCLonLC][Hawaii][ISV] Mixbench is giving "Unsupported requested OpenCL C version (-cl-std)"
	- Add cl-std=CL1.0 and cl-std=CL1.1 support (maps to cl-std=CL1.2).
