TomSang e05f98967e SWDEV-306947 - Add mode combination tests (#2447)
Address modes are valid for array rather than linear
memory. Comment out codes of address test for linear
memory.
Add tests of mode combination(address, linear and
normorlized coordinates) in 1D, 2D and 3D.

Tao Sang c2adc70d4d Remove hip-hcc codes: Part three
1.Rename include/hip/hcc_detail/ as include/hip/amd_detail/

2.Rename include/hip/nvcc_detail/ as include/hip/nvidia_detail/

3.Create __HIP_PLATFORM_AMD__ to replace __HIP_PLATFORM_HCC__

4.Create __HIP_PLATFORM_NVIDIA__ to replace __HIP_PLATFORM_NVCC__

After hcc_detail, nvcc_detail, __HIP_PLATFORM_HCC__ and __HIP_PLATFORM_NVCC__
have been removed from upstream, they will be removed from hip runtime.

* Device texture functions should not normalize the sampled pixel. This is already done by HW.
* Add support to use h/w capability for normalized float data convertion for driver API's
