SWDEV-143465 - AMDIL - Compiler Lib - Mark as unsupported all CI+ targets
1. Mark all CI+ targets as unsupported for AMDIL target mappings.
2. Let aclGetTargetInfo, aclGetTargetInfoFromChipID, aclGetDeviceInfo to report unsupported chips.
3. Fix aclReadFromMem in order to early determination of the target of binary in memory and reporting ACL_INVALID_TARGET if target is invalid, or ACL_UNSUPPORTED if chip is unsupported.
4. Add utility inline functions IsValidTarget, IsChipSupported, make getTargetMapping inline too, as it is used in the first two.
5. Fix affected tests.

SWDEV-143465 - Fix crashes while mixed work with hsail and amdil (legacy) paths
Redirect (where it is possible) ACL API calls from HSAIL lib to legacy AMDIL lib if target is AMDIL.
For those functions (aclCreateFromBinary, aclReadFromMem), where redirect is impossible, explicit loadLibrary for AMDIL lib and call of corresponding function from AMDIL lib is performed.

SWDEV-104875 - ROCm/HSA: use the finalizer from source tree
Right now ROCm/HSA uses finalizer from the HSA RT installed.
This finalizer version has outdated stale SC sources.
At the same time source tree has fresh finalizer sources matching ORCA.
The offline tool amdhsafin is built from that sources.
This change switches from HSA RT finalizer to the in tree finalizer.

SWDEV-93545 - HSA HLC: target option interface between complib and BE and denorm control refactoring
Global variables and associated options to control target GPU for optimizations and fp32 denorm support are removed.
Instead standard llvm -mcpu=<cpu> is used to pass chip family name and fp32 denorm is turned into a subtarget feature.
Subtarget feature can be set for llc as standard -mattr=+fp32-denormals and corresponding code to pass feature string
to the BE is added to the compiler lib, mimicing what we used to have for AMDIL.
Device name HSAIL metadata will now reflect an actual GPU family passed to the HSAIL BE instead of "generic".
Denorm support can be switched on as a feature bit in the target mapping. It is on starting from VI. However, just
switching this bit for a family will not produce denorm supporting code. The option -cl-denorms-are-zero can be used
to override this and runtime passes it for configs where CL_FP_DENORM is not reported.
Currently CL_FP_DENORM is not reported for any device, however it can be changed with AMD_GPU_FORCE_SINGLE_FP_DENORM
environment variable. If set it will be honored only starting from VI as set in the target mapping.
Implemented isFMAFasterThanFMulAndFAdd to handle use of v_fma_f32 on GFX9 instead of a direct chip family check.

1. Added means to know HW target for HSAIL BE.
2. Simplified compiler lib logic in handling target capabilities.
3. Used target info to fuse mul/add into fma_f32 on GFX9.
Previously it was disabled because mad/mac always flush. v_fma_f32 does not flush,
but only fast starting with GFX9.

SWDEV-79309 - Compiler Lib memory consumption decreasing by aclQueryInfo refactoring.
[Problem] Memcpy on every aclQueryInfo for metadata. As a result an unreasonable memory consumption on every compiled binary (on Runtime).
[Solution] Once extracted kernel Metadata is cached, secondary extraction doesn't happen. Blits are also affected.

SWDEV-83237 - Remove R800/900 from SC build. Disable EG/NI as supported GPU in compiler library
SC will soon remove support of R800/900. We need to get ready for it.
Two thing needs to be done:
1. update opencldefs to change R800_BUILD and R900_BUILD to 0
2. update compiler/lib/utils/target_mappings.h and v0_8/target_mappings*.h to disable EG/NI GPUs as not supported.
Update all ocltsts.

ECR #333753 - Compiler Lib: switch Bif Version to 3.1 by default for HSAIL
It is needed due to the latest AMD HSA Code Object introduction in BIF.
TODO (in separate changes):
1. Analyze the changes in sections/symbols and remove (if needed) unused anymore (in BIF31), for example, symISAMeta, check backward compatibility.
2. Move the bif versions/conversions code from libUtils to loader\Bif.
3. Refactor the bif versions/conversions code in order to get rid of copy/paste (templates?).
4. Drop aclBIFVersionCAL.

Only HSAIL path is affected. It doesn't affect blit kernels.
To use offline by aoc2:
aoc2 -hsacodeobject=<importing_code_object_filename> -numhiddenkernargs=<num> -cl-std=CL2.0 -march=hsail(-64) -mdevice=Bonaire <source_cl_filename>
To use online by setting env:
AMD_DEBUG_HSA_NUM_HIDDEN_KERNARGS=<num>
where num >= 0. If num == 0, then no additional arguments will be added on RT for every kernel. The default value is unchanged and equal to 6 for now.
Misc:
+ get rid of PRE & POST defines in Compiler Lib, as they started to conflict with ugl\gl\gs\hwl\ headers with the same defines.
+ minor copy/paste eliminations & typo fixes
+ ocltst complib tests update

Works only in case of whole compilation from the source CL to ISA. Doesn't work for -srctoir, -irtocg, -cgtoisa as meaningless.
Importing occurs instead of finalization.

ECR #333753 - ORCA RT/Compiler Lib: HSA Code Object/RT independent loader introducing/integration into OpenCL.
Changes by Evgeniy Mankov.
Purpose:
Use the same Finalizer & loader for both HSA & ORCA RT.
AMDIL path is not affected.
Changes:
1. The whole BRIG is finalized now instead of per kernel finalization (both in gpuprogram & hsail_be).
2. HSALoader is changed in order to work with CodeObject and new HSA Loader's API <96> Context. Now it is in ORCA<92>s gpuprogram instead of Compiler Lib.
3. brig_loader.cpp is removed from compiler lib, as well as __aclHSALoader function exports from the whole stack.
4. BIF .text section now contains the whole finalized HSA CodeObject instead of separate symbols for finalized kernels.
5. ORCA RT now works directly with amd_kernel_code_t and doesn't need any SC metadata anymore.
6. aoc2 is supplemented with fake offline loader correspondingly.
7. amdocl/complib make sytem changes.
8. test_driver.pl update.
ToDo:
1. Implement disassemble() & BuildLog() functions to support ISA dumping & SC error handling (Konstantin).
2. Global variables initialization by pragma reference (Konstantin). Test to verify: test_basic progvar_prog_scope_init.
3. Code Object without kernels support (Nikolay - ready). Test to verify: test_generic_address_space.exe library_function
testing: windows smoke, pre check-in, ocl conformance 2.0, ocl SDK 2.9

ECR #333753 - Compiler Lib: 0_7 API removal
1) 0_7 API is totally removed from both legacy and non-legacy paths;
2) Bug 9641 - "tests on Compiler Lib (ocltst complib) should be refactored in order to use ACL API 0.8 instead of old 0.7" - fixed;
3) Side effect: pre-checkin testing cut down = 30% (from 14284 to 9918) =>
It looks like that we can add actually needed testing (for example, smoke on Win) instead of meaningless testing of the unused and abandoned API.
